We provide preparation resources for candidates of the Pearson Test of English (PTE), to help test takers prepare for the exam. This includes, but is not limited to, online and offline tutoring services, video course lessons, mock simulation test platform, and practice exam questions.

2.3.1. Video courses and platform access

Generally, all digital sales are final as they are digital products. We may consider a refund if there is a serious technical issue preventing you from accessing or using them.

2.3.2. Tutoring/training classes

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before a class, you can receive a refund or reschedule for a different class.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before a class, no refund is given for that class.
• If we (‘PTE-PREP’ or the tutor) cancel a class, you’ll get the refund or a chance to reschedule.

3. What We Own

All courses, videos, mock tests, and other materials on our platform belong to PTE-PREP or our partners. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

You can use our content for your personal learning only. You can’t copy, share, or sell it to others without our written permission.

4. What You Share

If you post comments or answers on our platform, you still own them. However, by posting, you give us permission to use, share, and display your content to run and promote our services.

Please do not post anything illegal, harmful, offensive, or that infringes on someone else’s rights. We can remove content if it violates these rules.
